• Rental must take place during regular business hours unless specifically approved by a Beama Representative. Regular business hours are 8:00 – 18:00, if load out goes past the agreed schedule a charge of 500$ per hour for the space and $125.00 per hour for the technician will be applied if applicable.
• Studio must be left as it was found, all garbage, food, and equipement must be removed from facility or an additional $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.
• If an operator is required for the complimentary load in day a fee of $700.00 will be in addition to the rental.
